Mamavation Monday

So this past week has been ok for workouts. I got one run in on Wednesday, and man was that a tough one. It was intervals of 30 sec hard, 1 min easy, and 40 sec hard, 1 min easy for 10 reps. The rest of the week I did a lot of cross training. Next week is the last week of my online bootcamp, and I have started my 1/2 marathon training plan, so it will be a busy week for me. I'm still working on my portion control and making sure I am drinking enough water, but I am doing much better :)

  1. So sorry for a late response, I just saw this. I still have been slacking a bit, but I'm doing a 2 week challenge so hopefully that will get me back in the swing of things :)
