I apologize to all my readers because I have been slacking on my postings lately. I hope to get back on track now. Well, I kind of slacked with my working out this past week, because I was getting us ready to go camping and to the NASCAR races in Daytona. I did do Turbo Fire HIIT 15 on Monday, and a virtual 5K on Tuesday. The weekend was spent walking tons, and swimming :)
Mamavation TV tonight is going to be awesome. They are talking about strength training for women which is such an integral part of working out and losing weight. I cannot wait!
