Mamavation Monday

Tonight's Mamavation TV is going to be so awesome. Tracey and Charley Vega will be talking about self defense, which is something that is essential for all of us women to learn. I cannot wait for it!!!

Okay, so now to wrap up last week. It was a pretty darn good week, if I say so myself. :) Which I'm even more proud of, because it was a very busy week in our household. We had something going on every night.

Monday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25
Tuesday - Turbo Fire 30, 30 min walk, bootcamp
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Turbo Fire Core 20, 30 min walk
Friday - lots of walking, and swimming at the water park with my youngest
Saturday - 20 laps in the pool, and a hour of playing volleyball in the pool with my son, 30 min walk, bowling
Sunday - rest

Still struggling a bit with portion control and water intake, but I'm working on it.. Here's next week's schedule:

Monday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Tone 30, 30 min walk, boot camp
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk
Thursday - Turbo Fire Core 20, 30 min walk
Friday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 20
Saturday/Sunday - 3-4 mile run/rest

How was everyone's week? Do you have plans for this upcoming week?

  2. I need to try Turbo Fire; I keep hearing great things about it.
I had to go back to wearing my pedometer, so that I can make sure that I am getting in more steps.
    Have a wonderful week!
