Mamavation Monday - still feeling discouraged :(


I don't know WTH is wrong with me, but I NEED to get out of this funk. I worked out 2 days, Monday and Tuesday and that's it!! Ugh, I know I've been battling sinuses and then a stomach issue but really, no excuse!  I am so fed up with myself right now. I have a marathon in just over 2 mths and if I don't get training, it's really going to suck! So I'm asking for some motivation ladies. Help me get out of this funk!!!!

  1. Sorry you are in a funk. Have you tried working out first thing in the morning when you wake up and now allowing yourself to do anything else before you take care of yourself?

    1. I just have the worst time pushing myself out of bed early LOL :) I need to, because I feel much better when I do.

  2. Get out of this funk! :) Ok, so choose something. Exercise daily? Even if it's a walk... OR, eat something better or drop something from your diet. Maybe little goals with successes will help you feel funk-free!

    1. Thanks, Lydia! I set my goals this week to just make sure I get my runs in. From there, I will expand :)

  3. It's hard to get out of a funk sometimes... BUt the key is to just keep making yourself do things when you don't want to do them... It sucks... but it usually helps you pull through!
