Mamavation Monday

This week was a pretty good week. I got in some form of exercise every day, and I think I did pretty well with my portion control, but I know I can do better. :) Here's my wrap up of the week:

Monday - 21 mile run (was my weekend long run, just switched the days)
Tuesday - Les Mills Core, bowling
Wednesday - bowling
Thursday - 3 mile run, Turbo Fire Ab Ignitor
Friday - bowling
Saturday - Turbo Fire 45 EZ
Sunday - 20.26 miles ( was supposed to be 23 miles, but my knee started to hurt  :()

This week is going to depend on my knee. I don't want to mess it up before my marathon, so I'm going to take it a bit easy.

Monday - Les Mills core
Tuesday - 3 mile easy run
Wednesday - if my knee feels good, Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, if not just going to do Turbo Fire Core 20
Thursday - 3 mile easy run (depends on knee), Turbo Fire Ab Ignitor
Friday - if knee feels good, HIIT 20, otherwise, Turbo Fire Core 20
Saturday/Sunday - 16-18 mile run one day, rest the other..... praying for a good knee

I also want to get back to my plank a day. I've been slacking on that. I'm also participating the Holiday Booty Buster Challenge with Run to the Finish. I did it last year, and it's a lot of fun with some great prizes. Anybody up for joining me? Holiday Booty Buster Challenge
