Mamavation Monday

Sorry this is a day late, but hubby and I had date day yesterday at the range :) It was a pretty good week for me. Still working on the eating, but getting there :) Here's a recap

Monday - Turbo Fire 45 EZ
Tuesday - Turbo Fire ab ignitor, 3.5 mile run, 1 mile walk, bowling
Wednesday - Turbo Fire Core 20, Stretch 10, bowling
Thursday - Les Mills Core
Friday - Turbo Fire Ab ignitor
Saturday - bowling
Sunday - Turbo Fire 55EZ (was supposed to be my long run, but I switched that until the next day)

Here's my schedule for this week -

Monday - 21 mile run
Tuesday - 3 mile run, Les Mills Core
Wednesday - Turbo Fire 45 Class, Turbo Fire ab ignitor
Thursday - 3 mile run, Les Mills Core
Friday - Low HIIT 25, Stretch 10, Turbo Fire ab ignitor
Saturday or Sunday - 23 mile run, the other day will be a rest day

I'm also trying to do the plankaday challenge, but I keep forgetting to do it :)
