Mamavation Monday - Getting Back on track


Ok, it's a day late, but yesterday was crazy!!! Good news is, I am getting my mojo back and getting back on track. I got all my runs in last week, and did short ab workouts the other days to count for my cross training. I joined a Turbo Fire challenge group that started 10/1/12 so I can hold myself accountable for my cross training. Also, my work started a wellness program, and I am acting as a team captain. Again, some accountability!!!! My eating was much better last week, and I have been drinking my shakeology breakfast every day so my energy level is much higher. In a nutshell, I am feeling good!! :) So here's my wrap up from last week -

Monday - ok, so I did slack here
Tuesday - 3 mile run, bowling
Wednesday - Turbo Fire ab ignitor
Thursday - 3 mile run, bowling
Friday - ab ignitor
Saturday - rest day
Sunday - 12 mile long run

Goals for this week -

Monday - Turbo Fire 55 EZ and stretch 10
Tuesday - 3 mile speedwork, ab ignitor
Wednesday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, stretch 10, ab ignitor
Thursday - easy run, ab ignitor
Friday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, TF sculptures 30, ab ignitor
Saturday - rest day
Sunday - 15 mile run
- continue to eat well, drink 64-100 oz of water daily and drink my shakeology daily :)
