Mamavation Monday - preventing your children from toxins

Well I had a pretty decent week last week. I got in 2 out of my 3 runs, and did my XT. I also lost 1 lb!!! YAY!! Let's hope it stays off. Here's my recap -

Monday - Mash Up Conditioning
Tuesday - 6 mile run
Wednesday - Mash Up Conditioning
Thursday - 3.23 mile run
Friday - Mash Up Conditioning

This week my goal is to continue with Mash Up Conditioning for my XT and get 3 runs in. I also am working on portion control and drinking at least 64 oz of water per day.

Today's Mamavation TV is about minimizing our children's exposure to toxins. This is really near and dear to my heart because I want my children to be healthy and happy, and toxins can put a stop to that. If you're interested in learning more check out Mamavation TV tonight at 9 pm EST, right here.
