Monday wrapup - a day late

Last week I did pretty well. I didn't get as many runs in as I would've liked, but I did get a 5 mile run in on Tuesday. The rest of the week the weather didn't cooperate and my treadmill was buried, but I made the best of it and did a different workout.

Monday - Mash up Conditioning Tempo 1
Tuesday - 5 mile run
Wednesday - Mash up Conditioning Tempo 2
Thursday - core exercise
Friday - Mash up Conditioning Tempo 1 & Tempo 3

The Mash up conditioning workout is a new one for me and I really like it. I also am doing a exercise/photo challenge called Move Nourish Believe challenge through Lorna Jane. It's been a lot of fun, and challenged me to get out of my comfort zone a little :) Next week, I am going to continue with the Mash up Conditioning workouts on my XT days and I hope to get 3 runs in :)

  1. I am happy to report I got in a total of 4.5 miles last week. That is still crazy to me to say that I even ran at all. It was our first week of incorporating running into Bootcamp.

    Great job with all that exercise and running. It's always inspiring to see how far you've gone.
