Mamavation Monday - 2014 goals
Okay, well last week was pretty lame for me on exercise and eating. I battled a stomach bug on and off all week, so I didn't do much of anything except walk. I'm excited to get back on track this week!!! Here's my recap -
Monday - sick, but deep cleaned the house
Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - nothing
Thursday - 3 mile walk around zoo, 100 burpees
Friday - 2 mile walk and playing with friend's 2 year old, 100 kick & lunges
Saturday - 20 min power yoga, 75 weighted squats
Sunday - nothing
Tonight's mamavation tv is talking about our 2014 goals, and I have a few for my nutrition and fitness.
1) Get accepted for the mamavation mom campaign
2) Exercise consistently
3) Portion control
4) Change my bad eating habits to nutritious ones.
