Mamavation Monday

Happy Monday all. I was excited to wake up and see the finalists for Mamavation's next campaign. It's a very exciting opportunity and I wish them all the best of luck in their journey. It was a typical busy weekend for me, cleaning house, grocery shopping and bowling league, and unfortunately let myself sleep in and not get my run in :( I need to make sure life doesn't get in the way of my exercise. That said, here's the wrap up of my week.

Monday - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio
Tuesday - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt, 30 min walk, 3.64 mile run
Wednesday - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt, 30 min walk
Friday - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio, 30 min walk
Saturday - 30 min walk, bowling
Sunday - rest

And here's my schedule for next week:

Monday - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt, 30 min walk, 2-3 mile run
Wednesday - Hip Hop Abs Hips, Buns, Thighs, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt, 30 min walk, 2-3 mile run
Friday - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio, 30 min walk
Sat/Sun - 4 mile run/rest

Goals for the week:
- drink more water
- exercise consistently
- portion control

Do you have any new goals for the week?

  1. My goal this week is to get my diet right! I have been trying to follow the low GI and it's hard! I struggle with getting enough of the right calories, and eliminating sugar after breakfast!

  3. Great goals. Don't get overwhelmed by trying to make them all a priority. My big goal this week is to remain in recovery mode. I am going nutso though being at home. So vicariously get those runs in for me please.

  4. Good for you for having goals. I really need to start writing mine down so that I can hold myself more accountable and also have something to reach for!

  5. Love that you have goals every week. That's something that I need to do more often as well. I want to make it a point to drink more water this week, too!
