1/2 Marathon Training - Week 3

Another hot week, but I got it done!!!!

Monday - T25 Alpha Cardio
Tuesday - T25 Total Body Circuit, 1.6 mile run
Wednesday - T25 Alpha Speed 1.0, bowling
Thursday - T25 Alpha Ab Intervals, 3.1 mile run
Friday - T25 Alpha Lower focus, bowling
Saturday - 1 hr swimming/playing,  bowling
Sunday - 6 mile run, bowling

Here's what's in the plans for this week -

Monday - T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
Tuesday - T25 Alpha Speed 1.0
Wednesday - T25 Alpha Cardio
Thursday -  T25 Alpha Ab Intervals
Friday - T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
Saturday - rest
Sunday - 7 mile run
