Weekly Wrap UP

I'm  a few days late, so I didn't want to call it Mamavation Monday. LOL. I had a pretty decent week last week. Most of it consisted of playing with my boys outside though, that is my favorite!!!! Here's my wrap up -

Monday - 1 hour of basketball with the kids
Tuesday - 30 mins of basketball with the kids
Wednesday - dog walk, and bowling
Thursday - circuit training, 2.25 mile run
Friday - Mash Up conditioning

I know I can do more though, and I'm determined this week to get it done. Here's my plan -

Monday - Circuit training
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Mash Up Conditioning
Thursday - Run or Circuit training (would do both but have a band booster meeting :(*)
Friday - Mash Up Conditioning
Saturday - Amazing Race for Charity
Sunday - rest :)

I hope to have some play time with the boys in there, too. With daylight savings, we have such a great opportunity to do that :) I'm looking forward to when it gets a little warmer, so we can add some swimming in there, too :)



My goals for the week are portion control, drinking more water and staying consistent!! How about you?
