Mamavation Monday



Happy Monday all...... going to quickly update you before my busy day doing payroll starts. I didn't feel that great last week so getting my workouts in was pretty rough. I'm hoping that I'm on the upswing this week. Here's my recap

Monday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, 30 min walk, bowling
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Sculpt 30, 30 min walk, bowling
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - none, sick
Friday - Turbo Fire Core 20,30 min walk, bowling
Saturday - 2 mile run, bowling
Sunday - swimming, bowling

Enjoying the kidsbowlfree.com benefits this summer ;) My exercise ADD is setting in now that I'm on week 8 of Turbo Fire, so I'm trying to decide if I am going to stay with it or move on the Brazil Butt Lift.... what do you all think?? 

Oh, and one last thing..... I got out of my comfort zone, and did a video so that I could apply to be a Mamavation Mom...... Won't you tweet this in support of me :D
