Mamavation Monday



Happy Monday all!! Sorry, I slacked last week (actually I was swamped at work), and I didn't get my Monday post up.... but I'm back on track today. So here's my wrap up -

Monday - 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Sculpt 30, boot camp
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Turbo Fire Core 20, 30 min walk
Friday - 30 min walk
Saturday - 1/2 marathon trail run
Sunday - bowling

Let me tell you, that trail run was really tough.... had to pull from my inner self to finish that. 6 people DNF'd out of 243 racers. Oh, and I finished 165th.... not too bad. My time was 20 mins slower than my slowest 1/2, but with no training, and it being a trail run, I'll take it :)

Here's my schedule for next week -

Monday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Tone 30, boot camp, 30 min walk
Wednesday - HIIT 20, 30 min walk
Thursday - Turbo Fire Core 20, boot camp, 30 min walk
Friday - Turbo Fire Fire 30
Saturday/Sunday - 4-5 mile run/rest
plus, I will be bowling some of those days :)
