Mamavation Monday



Good morning, all..... sorry I didn't get this posted, but yesterday was busy at work and I was beat by the time I got home....Wonder why I was so busy, check this out. That said, last week wasn't bad with my exercise, but I definitely ate way more than I should have and the scale is showing that :( That's ok, I'm hitting it hard this week and getting back on track. Here's my recap:

Monday - Hip Hop Abs Cardio
Tuesday - 3.87 mile trail run
Wednesday - Hip Hop Abs Buns Hips and Thighs, 30 min walk
Thursday - (didn't feel well) only 30 min walk
Friday - 30 min walk, Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt
Saturday - (still not feeling well) 30 min walk, bowling
Sunday - (felt crummy) bowling

I'm running a challenge group on facebook, so I'm hitting it strong so I don't disappoint all my peeps. Here's my goal for the week.

Monday - Turbo Fire 55 EZ, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25, 3 mile speedwork, 30 min walk
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, Turbo Fire Sculpt 30, 30 min walk
Thursday - Turbo Fire 45 EZ, 3 mile easy run, 30 min walk
Friday - Turbo Fire Core 20, 30 min walk
Saturday/Sunday - 5- 6 mile run/rest

My goals are also to cut my portions, and drink a lot more water!!! How about you? How are you starting out 2013???

  1. I have been curious about Turbo Fire, have you done it before? I'm currently doing week 2 of Les Mills Combat. I really love it!

    1. Kim..... I did about 4 weeks of it before my marathon and loved it.... I wanted to take a break right before and after, so that's why I'm restarting. I absolutely adore Chalene Johnnson, she's fun and motivating.

  2. Good for you for keeping up with at least some physical activity while you didn't feel well. A lot of people would take that as license to just sit on their butt. Let us all know how Turbo Fire goes...I can't be the only one who's curious!
