Deep Steep Glossy Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Last month my friends at Vitacost sent me Deep Steep glossy smoothing shampoo and conditioner to review and it was perfect timing because I had just ran out of my favorite shampoo and conditioner. I was really excited to give it a try because it is completely natural and I am slowly trying to move all my hair care and body products over to all natural and organic.

I immediately loved how the product made my hair feel. It was soft and silky and not frizzy. That was a major plus for me because I constantly have a problem with frizzy hair. But I didn't want to review this product after only a week, because I know I've tried new shampoos and conditioners and your hair loves them for the first week because it's a change, but then as the month goes on your hair goes back to the same problems you were feeling before. I am not seeing that with Deep Steep. My hair still feels amazing, and no frizz!!! I'm so impressed with this product. Another plus, it's completely reasonably priced. You can purchase the shampoo through Vitacost for just $8.29, and the conditioner here for the same price.

See.... still silky and smooth :D

I only have two minor complaints about the shampoo. First, it's liquidy and comes out very fast, and second, it takes a bit more than regular shampoo to get a nice lather. But, it's not such a big deal to me because if you're like me, your conditioner always runs out before your shampoo, this way I will run out of them together.

Another quality product from Vitacost!!!

This review was made possible by Vitacost. The thoughts and views are my own. I was given a bottle of Deep Steep Glossy Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner for my time and effort on this campaign.

  1. I will have to try this! I am moving to all natural products, too - but I haven't found a shampoo and conditioner that I love yet. Thanks for the recommendation!

  2. I also love organic or all natural-not sure about it being too liquidy-I like to get my money's worth if I spend extra on shampoo and conditioner.

    1. I'm hoping that maybe mine was a freak thing, but you definitely need a little more than my other shampoo to get a good lather

  3. I'm lucky - my hair texture doesn't depend on using great quality hair products, but having said that, I've wanted to try something organic. Thanks for the review!
