Mamavation Monday



Ok, so I did a lot better last week. I did miss my long run this weekend, but I worked out 5 days last week. Woot woot me!!!

Monday - strength training
Tuesday - 30 min tempo run (3.045 miles)
Wednesday - 3 mile run
Thursday - 4.5 mile run
Friday - strength training

My schedule for this week -

Monday - 4 - 4.5 mile run
Tuesday - strength training
Wednesday - 3 mile run
Thursday - 30 min tempo run
Friday - strength training
Sat/Sun - 9 mile run
Sat/Sun - rest day
