Well, I started last week with a wicked headache, so I didn't get much done until midweek..... But I'm back on track and ready to hit it hard.
Monday - none
Tuesday - 30 min walk
Wednesday - 30 min swimming, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - baseline test for middle of boot camp, 30 min walk, bowling
Friday - 30 min walk
Saturday - 2 hr horseback ride
Sunday - 30 mins of one on one soccer with my son, 30 mins of swimming
Next week's schedule still includes my online boot camp.... I'm really loving it :)

ReplyDeleteI totally agree.... I used to have migraines all the time, but since I've started exercising more and eating less junk, they have pretty much gone away :)
