About me

What is there to know about me. If you ask any of my friends, they'll tell you I'm pretty much an open book and I wear my heart on my sleeve. I adore my family and friends and love spending time with them. I don't have time for a lot of hobbies, but I do love to read, and I love to run!! I started out only wanting to run no more than the 1/2 marathon distance, but now I've got the ultra running bug and just finished my first official 50k. I've also turned my bestie into a crazy runner and she runs all these crazy distances with me :) 

I work full time at a Ford dealership as their title clerk. I spent many years as a civilian in the law enforcement field and was ready to branch out. I am very strong in my faith and have started leading small group bible studies (way out of my comfort zone, but if you don't do hard things you don't grow). 

I have been married for almost 30 years to the love of my life. I can't say that our relationship is always a bed of roses, but we've been through some hard times and are still here together. I have two boys, ages 21 and 25. They are awesome but crazy kids. Hunter is my joker. Always getting into something, and has to have all the attention. He just finished his Bachelors in Criminal Justice and is looking for his new career. Ryan is working full time and has been dating his love of his life (my bonus daughter) for a few years now.
