Recap Monday 10/8/19



Last week was pretty uneventful. We finished up the fall soccer season, so we have our weekends free again. My training went pretty well, didn't miss any runs but didn't do any ab workouts :D I've been really tired in the morning and getting up has been a major struggle bus.

Monday - 1 hr run, yoga
Tuesday - triceps/chest, 1 hr run, yoga
Wednesday - biceps/back, Wolf Branch Run Club Run, yoga
Thursday - legs, yoga
Friday - 1 hr run
Saturday - 1 hr run, yoga
Sunday - 2 1/2 hr run, yoga

Like I said, it's been a real struggle getting myself up in the morning. How do you get yourself going?
