Now to delve into the actual workouts. Each workout has 5 minutes of strength training, 5 mins of HIIT cardio workouts, and 5 minutes of Mind and Body which is your core workout, and there are 7 different workouts to choose from. I have been staying with the level 2 variation, and it has been very intense for me :) I definitely can feel my workout. Another great thing about this program is that it's designed to be done three times a week, so you don't have to give up your favorite workout. You can do those on the opposite days. It's been great for me, because I'm a runner, so I run 3 times and week and do Mash Up 3 times a week.
Still out of breath :) |
Okay, so now for the good part. The part where I get to give one of you this very DVD. But if you can't wait to win it you can purchase it here for a reasonable $49.99.
This review was made possible by Mash Up Conditioning. The thoughts and views are my own. I was given a copy of the Mash Up Conditioning Temp DVD for my time and effort on this campaign.
