Mamavation Monday
Well I did much better on my goals this week. I worked on my portion control, drank more water and got a lunch run in this weekend!!! YAY me!! Yes, I did just pat myself on the back. If I don't, who will? We all should celebrate our successes. Here's my wrap up for the week -
Monday - strength training
Tuesday - 3.25 mile tempo run on the treadmill
Wednesday - I was not feeling well, so I took a rest day
Thursday - 5.02 mile run
Friday - strength training
Saturday - 7 mile run
Sunday - rest day
I also have been doing a plank a day challenge. I'm up to 90 seconds :D
