While I have been doing well during the week for exercise, my eating has still been pretty bad, and I'm still failing at getting my long run during the weekend. Here's my recap -
Monday - strength training
Tuesday - 3.22 mile tempo run, plank
Wednesday - 3.63 mile run, plank
Thursday - 5.02 mile run, plank
Friday - strength training, plank
Saturday - plank
Sunday - rest

Nice job last week! I could do better with my good too so you're not alone on that.
