Hey awesome readers! I am back from vacay!! Unfortunately, I had a horrible cold all week so I did not get any runs in on the beach, but I did walk a bunch and ride bikes around town. Oh, and yeah, I spent a ton of time fighting the waves in the gulf. It was a lot wavier than usual. Amazing time, that's for sure!!! I didn't want to come home. Well here's my plan for the week, and I better get my butt moving because I have a 15K planned in September.
Monday - Brazil Butt Lift
Tuesday - Brazil Butt Lift, run
Wednesday - Brazil Butt Lift
Thursday - Brazil Butt Lift, run
Friday - Brazil Butt Lift
Sat/Sun - long run

Glad you are back form vaca. You wind up burning more calories than you think out in the water and walking. Best of luck getting back on your traning plan.
