Mamavation Monday
Well, I didn't exactly meet my goal this week, but I was really close :) It was a very busy work week for me, and I'm glad I stayed on track. Here's my recap:
Monday - Turbo Fire HIIT 25, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Ab Ignitor, 30 min walk, 2.75 mile run
Wednesday - Turbo Fire Core 30, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk
Friday - missed workout
Saturday - 5K run, bowling
Sunday - rest
So, now I'm hoping for an even better week this week. Here's my schedule:
Monday - Low HIIT 20
Tuesday - Core 20, 2-3 mile run
Wednesday - Low HIIT 25
Thursday - Ab Ignitor, 2-3 mile run
Friday - HIIT 15, Tone 30
Saturday - Mamavation 5k
Sunday - rest

DeleteGreat job! I've been working really hard to keep to a schedule, I keep letting life get in the way. I did get my workouts in M/W/F, but the other days I'm still working on. :)
