Mamavation Monday - Removing toxins from your home
Happy Monday all..... I'm staying consistent with some of my workouts, but I really need to step it up and also work on portion control. Here's my recap for the week -
Monday - Mash Up Conditioning
Tuesday - 5.5 mile run
Wednesday - Mash Up Conditioning
Thursday - Mash Up Conditioning
Friday - Mash Up conditioning
Didn't get much down this weekend, I'm still battling this cough and have been feeling a bit rundown. Hoping that I get an upswing really soon. My goals for this week are to continue the Mash Up Conditioning on my XT days and run on Tues, Thurs and one day this weekend.
Tonight's mamavation tv show is about how to remove toxins from our air and water. This is another good one because all these chemicals are damaging our children and our world. I can not wait to learn more tonight. Interested in joining me, check it out here at 9 pm EST.

DeleteHave you been to the doctor about the cough? I had this cough that I couldn't get rid of either and when I finally went to the doctor, I was diagnosed with reactive airways. They treat it like asthma but the cough went away immediately after I was put on an inhaler steroid. I used it for a week and that was it. It seems to creep up during the cold months.
