It's been a while since I've checked in. I'm trying to get myself in a groove to stay on track for my 1/2 marathon training, and it's been hard. I'm doing the bare minimum of exercise and that is not what I want to do. I have to get my mojo back.....
Ladies, what do you do when you've lost your motivation? How do you get back on track?
If you find a good answer to this, PLEASE write a post!! I need it too

DeleteI find taking it one day at a time is the best plan for getting back on track.
