Sorry I didn't get my post up last week, it was crazy busy here at work and I wasn't even in my office all day. I started Turbo Fire again last week, and I am so psyched... it is absolutely my favorite program.
So here's my wrap up for the week.
Monday - Turbo Fire Firestarter, 30 min walk
Tuesday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 20, 30 min walk, bootcamp, bowling
Wednesday - Turbo Fire Firestarter, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - 30 min walk, boot camp
Friday - Turbo Fire 45 EZ
Saturday - crossfit, bowling
Sunday - bowling
And here's my schedule for next week
Monday - Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25
Tuesday - Turbo Fire 55 EZ, 30 min walk, boot camp
Wednesday - Turbo Fire HIIT 15, 30 min walk, bowling
Thursday - Fire 45 EZ, 30 min walk
Friday - Turbo Fire Core 20, 30 min walk
Saturday/Sunday - 3-4 mile run
I'm still working on may water intake and my portion control. How about you? How did your week go?

DeleteIt's great to have a schedule! And, I'm working on my water intake and portion control too. I was doing so good earlier this year, but now I have to get back on track with it.
