Mamavation Monday



Hi guys, I am sorry... I have been nonexistent for the past few weeks, but I haven't really had anything to post. I have not really exercised at all. First my grandfather died, then my parents came to visit, and then I got a stupid, horrible, no good cold that has been hanging on for over 2 weeks. :( So I really don't have anything to report for last week, I just wanted to get back on track with my blogging.  I did bowl last Wednesday, and I ran the Foam fest 5k (I should say ran/walk). It was really fun.... I'm going to be blogging about it in about a week when the pictures are up on the website. I haven't planned my week out quite yet because I am still fighting this stupid cold, but I hope to at least get some exercising in.

How do you get back on track?

  2. Big hugs!! It stinks to lose your motivation. The only thing that helps me get back on track is to force myself to exercise. Pop in a workout dvd, head to the gym or go for a run, just power through it no matter how miserable you are and then all of a sudden it's like, "oh yeah, I enjoy doing this!" Good luck!! :)

  3. I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather and that you have been sick. But you can get back on track, we all have times when we get off the path. You can do it!
