Mamavation Monday
Happy Monday all, it's been a busy day for me as I've been at the Special Olympics Torch Run for most of the day. So much fun, but that's for another post. :) Last week I did the 7 day slimdown challenge and did pretty well. I only lost like a 1/2 lb, but the clean eating felt amazing. I did pretty well on the exercise route too. Here's my recap -
Monday - 30 min circuit training, 1 mile elliptical, 30 mins basketball
Tuesday - 3.1 run
Wednesday - 1 hr basketball
Thursday - circuit training, 2.20 mile run
Friday - nada
Saturday - 30 mins football
Sunday - rest
I could've done a little better, but I'm happy with it. Here's my plans for this week -
Monday - Torch Run
Tuesday - circuit training
Wednesday - core work
Thursday - circuit training/run
Friday - core work
Sat/Sun - run/rest

Mamavation Monday
Happy Monday! Well last week was a pretty decent week for me working out wise. I'm still working on my diet, though. This week I'm doing a 7 day slim down challenge based on something Shaun T posted. So far, so good, but we're only 2 meals into day 1 :) Here's my recap -
Monday - 25 minute circuit training, 1.09 miles on elliptical
Tuesday - 3.07 mile run, 2 hr walk at the fair
Wednesday - bowling
Thursday - 25 minute circuit training, 2.25 mile run
Friday - Mash Up Conditioning
Saturday - 1 hr basketball
Sunday - 30 mins of 2 hand touch football
Here's my plans for this week -
Monday - circuit training, elliptical
Tuesday - run
Wednesday - Mash Up Conditioning
Thursday - circuit training, run
Friday - Mash Up Conditioning
Sat/Sun - run/rest
Mixed in the week, is playing sports with my boys and walking the dog. I"m also focusing a lot of my diet and water intake.
Tonight on Mamavation TV, we're going to be focusing on detoxing our cosmetics. I cannot wait to learn more!!!

Weekly Wrap UP
I'm a few days late, so I didn't want to call it Mamavation Monday. LOL. I had a pretty decent week last week. Most of it consisted of playing with my boys outside though, that is my favorite!!!! Here's my wrap up -
Monday - 1 hour of basketball with the kids
Tuesday - 30 mins of basketball with the kids
Wednesday - dog walk, and bowling
Thursday - circuit training, 2.25 mile run
Friday - Mash Up conditioning
I know I can do more though, and I'm determined this week to get it done. Here's my plan -
Monday - Circuit training
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Mash Up Conditioning
Thursday - Run or Circuit training (would do both but have a band booster meeting :(*)
Friday - Mash Up Conditioning
Saturday - Amazing Race for Charity
Sunday - rest :)
I hope to have some play time with the boys in there, too. With daylight savings, we have such a great opportunity to do that :) I'm looking forward to when it gets a little warmer, so we can add some swimming in there, too :)
My goals for the week are portion control, drinking more water and staying consistent!! How about you?
